the exclusive amenities of the room, including the Jacuzzi and private facilities, fulfilled my expectations. the sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was with the continental breakfast, which lacked variety. in-room breakfast was available and the hotel offers special diet menus upon request.

The customer service and reception staff were welcoming and professional. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located, close to the CBD, trams, and theatres. The staff were very friendly. The bed covers were warm and cozy. Loved the white robes.

the view from the window was not very excellent, overlooking a back lane instead of a more scenic area. Despite these minor drawbacks, it did not greatly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
