The self-contained units with balconies were spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a weekend visit. the exclusive amenities of the room, including the Jacuzzi and private facilities, fulfilled my expectations. the sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The bar/lounge area provided a wide range of drinks and snacks, while the outdoor dining area was beautifully decorated and perfect for evening dinners. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was with the continental breakfast, which lacked variety. in-room breakfast was available and the hotel offers special diet menus upon request.

The customer service and reception staff were welcoming and professional. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located, close to the CBD, trams, and theatres. The staff were very friendly. The bed covers were warm and cozy. Loved the white robes.

the view from the window was not very excellent, overlooking a back lane instead of a more scenic area. Despite these minor drawbacks, it did not greatly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the theatre district and just outside Chinatown. It is so close to the best restaurants and within walking distance to all the great restaurants in the area. The breakfast offered is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities such as a luxurious Jacuzzi and a beautiful sun terrace. the room advantages are remarkable with private facilities and an in-room breakfast served daily. the restaurant offers a special diet menu with lovely outdoor dining area. the amazing service from the staff is exceptional.
The only minor issue we had was with the bar/lounge area. the snack bar was not available and we had to settle for the free packed lunches.
